Sometimes delivery companies are not as careful as they should be.
Refunds are only offered on damaged goods. Should your package arrived damaged and you are not totally satisfied then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it or refund it. All items must be returned in their original packaging and you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it. We aim to refund the purchase price within 3 working days of receiving your return.
The purchase price of the item/s will be refunded. Delivery and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the print was damaged all postage costs will be refunded.
Please be aware that the colours of the prints may vary slightly from your screen representation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
