The historic Route 66 highway is one of the most famous roads in the United States. It originally ran from Chicago, Illinois to Santa Monica, California and was officially established in 1926.
Most note worthy the road that pass through Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico and Arizona. These sections have been designated a National Scenic Byway of the name “Historic Route 66”.
This illustration was created from studies of hotel signage along the historic route as it passed through Seligman in Arizona.
As a result the illustration captures the tone and style of these iconic signs.

Delivery
All our prints are sent first class using Royal mail. They are packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube so they will not get damaged. They come in an acid free cellophane sleeve with the certificate of authentication enclosed. If you order more than one print at the same time then you will only pay for one shipping cost. Our standard shipping cost is £4.45.
We can only ship to UK addresses through our website. We can also offer a collection service from our studio.
With the exception of the Wainwrights Fells Map, all our prints are unframed and are in either standard A3 (297mm x 420mm). These are standard sizes and will fit in most universal frame sizes from suppliers such as Ikea, Boots, B&Q, The Range etc. They include a white boarder to all sides. This enables you to display directly in the frame or in larger frames using standard sized mounts. The illustrations are printed on 250gsm heavy weight paper so can easily be trimmed to suit any size frame.
